burro alley cafe in santa fe calls it a volcano tart, but i call it the best life has to offer: a cone of chocolate mousse, topped w/chocolate shavings, hiding strawberries, dark chocolate, + almond paste in a pastry tart. here's a helpful cross-section photo:
