flew back to ABQ today after lots of sweet times w/good friends, feeling lucky + blessed. and then i felt lucky + blessed to be on an airplane, a magical machine that lets you see the earth from a superhero's perspective. not a bad way to start the western new year. these photos were taken from DFW to ABQ + enhanced w/picasa auto contrast.

Beautiful! These look like outer space photos. I need to try this next time I fly.
usually when i fly seems like all i see are clouds, but this time i could see stuff on the ground the whole way from dallas to abq. i want to paint the cave art one...

yup, cuz i never know when i'll see something i like + i don't like my camera phone. btw, does anyone know if a camera counts as an electronic device, as in "we have begun our descent- please turn off all electronic devices"?
